Job Title: Business Development Manager (Offline Sales & Retail)
Role Objective
To expand the physical footprint of The Earth Reserve by securing placements in premium retail outlets and hotels and resorts, managing corporate gifting accounts, and executing high-visibility brand activations.
Key Responsibilities

Retail Expansion: Identify and tie up with premium organic stores, gourmet supermarkets, boutique gift shops, and wellness centers.

HoReCa Sales: Pitch and secure "Experience Partnerships" with high-end Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes (e.g., supplying products for guest rooms or restaurant amenities).

Corporate Gifting: Build a pipeline of corporate clients for employee kits, festive hampers, and "Green Initiative" gifting.

Relationship Management: Conduct regular "store checks" to ensure products are displayed prominently and shelves are replenished.

Event Management: Identify, book, and manage stalls at relevant exhibitions, farmers' markets, and premium apartment pop-ups.
Candidate Profile

Experience: 3–5 years in purchases or FMCG, Wellness, or Luxury Retail sales. Existing contacts in the organic/natural products space are a massive plus.

Communication: Exceptional pitching and negotiation skills. Must be able to represent a "premium" brand identity.

Mobility: Must be willing to travel within the city/region to meet clients and visit stores.

Mindset: A proactive self-starter who ideates and takes the initiative to do things by himself/herself.
