Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and empathetic Tele caller - Admissions Counsellor to convert cold leads into enrolled prospects for our programs. You will be the first human voice a potential learner hears, and your ability to counsel, inspire, and guide will directly shape enrolment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
· Outbound cold calls daily from assigned lead lists
· Conduct structured needs assessment conversations to understand the learner’s career stage, goals, and motivations
· Counsel prospective learners and parents on the right program fit with clear communication around curriculum, outcomes and fee structures
· Handle objections around fees, time commitment, career outcomes, and ROI with empathy and clarity
· Convert cold leads into qualified prospects and schedule them for next steps
· Maintain complete and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
· Consistently meet weekly and monthly enrolment targets.
Background
· Graduate in any discipline
· 1 to 3 years of experience in education, edtech admissions, tele-counselling, or outbound telesales
· Familiarity with entrepreneurship, MBA, or skill-based programs is an advantage
· Fluency in Hindi and English (additional regional languages a plus)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
