We are looking for Company Secretary & Compliance Officer :
YOUR ROLE:
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, corporate laws, and healthcare regulations.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, resolutions, and maintain statutory registers.
- File returns, forms, and documents with regulatory authorities on time.
- Advise management on legal, governance, and compliance matters.
- Liaise with auditors, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor changes in legislation and ensure timely implementation.
- Support contract management, documentation, and policy compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive corporate information.

- Ability to work with senior leadership and external stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
- LLB + Qualified Company Secretary (Member of ICSI)
- 5–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare/hospital sector
