We are looking for an experienced Production & Service Manager to lead our manufacturing and service operations for Entrance Automation products. The candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, ensuring product quality and timely delivery, and coordinating the service engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end production operations, including planning, assembly, testing, quality, and dispatch.
- Oversee manufacturing of Flap Barriers, Boom Barriers, Tripod Turnstiles, Bollards, Spike Gates, and related entrance automation products.
- Plan manpower, materials, production schedules, and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Lead and coordinate the Service Engineering team for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Monitor service activities, customer complaints, site issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Stores, Projects, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Identify production/service challenges and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and quality.
- Maintain production and service reports and ensure adherence to company SOPs and safety standards.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in Production/Manufacturing with Service Team Management.
- Experience in Entrance Automation, Security Systems, Industrial Automation, or similar technical products preferred.
- Strong technical, leadership, team-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage production as well as field service operations independently.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
