Position Summary
Shanti Home Rehabilitation Centre is looking for a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated Residential Psychologist to live on-site and provide psychological care, counseling, and rehabilitation support to residents. The candidate will play a key role in improving the emotional, behavioral, and mental well-being of individuals under treatment and recovery.
Key Responsibilities Clinical Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and behavioral evaluations of residents.
- Provide one-on-one counseling, therapy, and emotional support sessions.
- Develop personalized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
- Conduct group therapy, stress management, and motivational sessions.
- Monitor residents’ progress and maintain detailed case records.
- Handle crisis situations, emotional breakdowns, and behavioral concerns.
Residential Responsibilities:
- Stay on campus and be available for resident support as required.
- Build a positive, safe, and therapeutic environment for residents.
- Coordinate daily with psychiatrists, doctors, nurses, and caregivers.
- Support residents with emotional adjustment and routine discipline.
Family & Recovery Support:
- Counsel family members regarding treatment progress and recovery planning.
- Assist in relapse prevention strategies and long-term recovery support.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counseling Psychology.
- Relevant experience in rehabilitation centre, mental health, or de-addiction facility preferred.
- Strong counseling and communication skills.
- Ability to stay residentially and handle patient needs responsibly.
- Compassionate, patient, and emotionally mature personality.

Pay: ₹15,964.81 - ₹20,407.82 per month
