Position Overview: The Team Leader will oversee the tele-calling or tele-sales /operations team, ensuring that sales targets are met and operational efficiency is maintained. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in tele-sales, and the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a dynamic tele-sales/operations team
- Drive sales performance and consistently achieve targets
- Monitor team efficiency and maintain quality standards
- Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge & selling skills
- Handle calls, manage escalations, and resolve queries professionally
- Generate performance reports and improve operational strategies
- Build a collaborative, high-energy, and result-oriented team culture
What We’re Looking For:- For Females Only
✅ 5–7 years of experience in Tele-Sales or Operations,Marketing.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
✅ Strong leadership and people management skills
✅ Proven track record in sales & CRM proficiency
✅ Fluency in Hindi (mandatory) and English
✅ Confident, analytical, and solution-driven mindset
Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi (Must).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
