Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on House Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of a private residence. The ideal candidate should be a team player who can work harmoniously with the existing household staff rather than lead them. This role requires excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure that all household activities are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily household operations.
- Ensure all routine household chores are completed on time.
- Manage grocery and household supplies, maintain stock levels, and arrange timely replenishment.
- Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, carpenters, appliance technicians, and other service providers for maintenance and repairs.
- Schedule preventive maintenance for household equipment and infrastructure.
- Supervise housekeeping standards and ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the home.
- Maintain inventory of household essentials, cleaning supplies, and consumables.
- Coordinate laundry, dry cleaning, and wardrobe-related services when required.
- Assist with vendor management, quotations, and service scheduling.
- Handle deliveries, courier management, and household purchases.
- Maintain records of household expenses, maintenance schedules, and service invoices.
- Support family members with day-to-day household requirements.
- Coordinate with cooks, drivers, housekeeping staff, gardeners, and security personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure the home is always guest-ready and well maintained.
- Identify operational issues proactively and resolve them efficiently.
Desired Skills & Qualities
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
- Ability to work collaboratively with an existing household team.

- Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Trustworthy, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, email) is preferred.
- Ability to coordinate multiple vendors and follow up on pending tasks.
- Flexible to handle occasional urgent household requirements.
Preferred Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in managing a private residence, villa, guest house, or hospitality environment.
- Experience coordinating domestic staff and household vendors will be an added advantage.
Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who becomes an integral part of the existing household team, builds positive relationships with the staff, ensures daily work is completed efficiently, and keeps the home running smoothly through effective coordination, communication, and attention to detail.
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
