Business Development BDM/BDE – Iris Polymers Industries Pvt. Ltd.
Job Purpose
To drive sales growth by developing new business opportunities, managing dealer networks, and strengthening customer relationships for Iris Polymers' agricultural and packaging product range.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers, dealers, and distributors.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and product demonstrations.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer support.
Participate in exhibitions, farmer meets, and dealer development programs.
Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.

Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in Agriculture, Marketing, Business, or related field.
3–8 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in Agriculture, Irrigation, Mulch Films, Packaging Films, or Industrial Products.
