About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact property owners across Sydney, build rapport, generate interest, and schedule property appraisal appointments for our Sales Agents.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people, generating leads, and contributing to the growth of a dynamic real estate business.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to property owners across Sydney.
- Introduce the company's sales and appraisal services in a professional manner.
- Build rapport and establish positive relationships with prospective clients.
- Identify property owners who may be considering selling their property.
- Schedule and confirm property appraisal appointments for Sales Agents.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions within the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to maximise appointment bookings.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified appointments.
- Keep up to date with local property market trends and company services.
Skills & ExperienceEssential
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Confident and professional speaking manner.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with property owners.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Desirable
- Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, sales, customer service, or real estate.
- Knowledge of the Sydney property market.
- Experience using property databases such as CoreLogic, PriceFinder, Agentbox, or similar platforms.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of outbound calls made daily.
- Number of conversations with property owners.
- Number of appraisal appointments booked.
- Appointment attendance rate.
- Conversion of appointments into listings.
