We are a growing Electronics Company located in the industrial hub of Sitapura, Jaipur. We are looking for a creative, strategic, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to take charge of our online presence, build brand authority, and scale engagement across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and manage our end-to-end social media strategy across channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Create compelling content calendars focused on showcasing our product lineup, technical innovations, and behind-the-scenes industrial processes.
- Produce or coordinate high-quality visual assets, short-form videos (Reels/Shorts), graphics, and impactful copy.
- Monitor daily engagement, respond to customer inquiries professionally, and foster interactive online communities.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (growth, reach, engagement, and lead generation) to continuously optimize content performance.
- Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, tools, and competitor strategies within the electronics and tech sectors.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven prior experience as a Social Media Manager or digital content strategist (Required). Please be ready to share a portfolio or links to accounts you have successfully managed.
- Location/Relocation: This is an in-office position located in Sitapura, Jaipur. Candidates must already live in Jaipur or be completely willing to relocate to Jaipur to be considered.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills (English and Hindi), strong understanding of platform analytics, and basic familiarity with visual design/editing tools (e.g., Canva or video editing applications).
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and a passion for technology/electronics.
