We are looking for a creative and responsible Social Media Manager + Graphic Designer / Creative Designer who can manage social media content as well as handle all kinds of professional design work for digital, branding, printing, and promotional requirements.
The candidate should have a good sense of design, layout, color, typography, content presentation, and modern social media trends. The role requires creating attractive graphics, managing regular posting, planning content, and supporting branding and marketing campaigns for different clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality social media posts, graphics, reels covers, stories, and campaign creatives
- Create banners, posters, pamphlets, brochures, booklets, flyers, and other marketing materials
- Plan and manage social media content calendars
- Write basic captions, hashtags, and post copy in Hindi and English
- Schedule and publish posts on social media platforms
- Design print-ready files for branding and promotional use
- Work on business stationery, product creatives, advertisements, and campaign designs
- Manage Hindi and English typing with proper font selection
- Use creative fonts and maintain proper font management
- Prepare designs according to client requirements
- Use AI tools for graphics, image generation, captions, and creative ideas when required
- Coordinate with the team for revisions and final output
- Track basic social media engagement and suggest creative improvements
Required Skills
- Good command of graphic designing software
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Knowledge of CorelDRAW
- Knowledge of Canva
- Hindi and English typing skills
- Good knowledge of fonts, typography, and layout
- Basic knowledge of social media management
- Ability to create both digital and print designs
- Understanding of social media formats, trends, and content styles
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to deliver work on time
Preferred Skills
- Experience in printing, branding, advertising, and social media design
- Knowledge of AI tools for creative generation
- Understanding of Indian market design trends
- Ability to work on multiple design requirements
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business
- Knowledge of print file formats, CMYK, bleed, and export settings
- Basic video/reel editing knowledge will be an added advantage
