Salary & Benefits
10th & 12th Pass Candidates
* Gross Salary: ₹14,500 per month
* Overtime Rate: ₹70 per hour
ITI Candidates
* Gross Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,500 per month
* Overtime Rate: ₹72 per hour
Additional Benefits
* Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 per month
