As part of our growth strategy in South India, we are expanding our sales team and looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive based in Bangalore to drive customer acquisition and business development.
Identify, generate, and onboard new B2B customers for knitted fabrics across South India (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala).
Develop relationships with garment manufacturers, buying houses, fabric traders, exporters, and brands.
Conduct regular market visits and build a strong customer pipeline.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Promote the Company’s range of knitted fabrics including fabric structures, blends, GSM, and technical features.
Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
Maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
Act as the key contact person for inquiries, samples, orders, and follow-ups.
Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Track competitor activities and market trends in the South India textile market.
Submit weekly sales reports, customer feedback, and forecasts to management.
Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
Support order execution from booking to dispatch.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of knitted fabrics and the garment industry.
Willingness to travel extensively within South India.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM tools.
