Job Summary
PT Ecological Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer to install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), RO Systems, and associated equipment. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and test WTP, STP, ETP, RO, and other water treatment systems.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer sites.
- Diagnose equipment faults and implement timely corrective actions.
- Attend service calls and ensure prompt resolution within defined timelines.
- Perform routine inspections and submit detailed service reports.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency.
- Coordinate with customers regarding maintenance schedules and service requirements.
- Ensure proper functioning of pumps, blowers, dosing systems, electrical panels, and instrumentation.
- Maintain service records, checklists, and spare parts inventory.
- Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Support the AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) team during scheduled maintenance visits.
- Coordinate with internal departments for spare parts, technical support, and project handovers.
- Provide basic operational training to customers after installation or servicing.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Environmental, or related Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in servicing STP/WTP/ETP/RO systems (Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply).
- Knowledge of electrical panels, pumps, motors, PLCs, dosing systems, and piping.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical manuals.
- Willingness to travel extensively for onsite service assignments.
- Valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
