About the Role
We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Associate Artist – Back Office to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who have strong research abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to learn. The candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, analysing information, and supporting various back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed online and brand research as per project requirements.
- Organise, verify, and maintain research data in a structured format.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of research findings.
- Conduct detailed brand audits in accordance with established brand guidelines.
- Support day-to-day back-office operations.
- Work closely with internal teams to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling information.
Required Skills
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and internet research.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Qualification
- HSC (12th Pass) with excellent research skills and a strong aptitude for learning,or
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Smart and enthusiastic freshers are encouraged to apply.
