· Job Title: Senior Design Engineer – Catia V5/V6 ,Creo,NX ,Solidworks
· Experience: 3–8 Years
· Open Positions: 4 Nos
· Location: Hosur, Chennai, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Required Expertise
· Automotive Exterior & Interior Trim Design
· Surface Modelling
· New Product Development (NPD)
· Research & Development (R&D)
· Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA)
· Stack-Up Analysis
· Surface Remastering
· Reverse Engineering
Key Responsibilities
· Develop high-quality Class-A and engineering surfaces using CATIA.
· Design and develop automotive exterior and interior trim components.
· Perform reverse engineering and surface remastering activities.
· Conduct stack-up analysis and DFMA studies for product optimization.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality.
· Support new product development activities from concept to production.
· Ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
Required Skills
· Strong proficiency in CATIA V5/V6 ,Creo,NX ,Solidworks
· Experience in automotive product design and development.
· Good understanding of GD&T, manufacturing processes, and engineering standards.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
