Teacher Training Institute of India (TTII) is expanding its admissions team and is looking for ambitious sales professionals who are eager to build a career in the EdTech sector.
About the Role
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for managing enquiries, counseling prospective students, and converting qualified leads into enrollments. This role requires strong follow-up discipline, excellent communication skills, and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound enquiries and conduct structured follow-ups
- Counsel prospective students on teacher training diploma programs
- Convert qualified leads into admissions
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow-up schedules
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Target-oriented with disciplined follow-up practices
- Experience in EdTech, inside sales, or B2B sales is an added advantage
- Freshers with strong sales intent and a learning mindset are also encouraged to apply
