Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead and manage our sales and marketing operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and possess strong leadership skills to drive business growth and effectively manage the sales and marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales and marketing team.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing.
- Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, market dynamics, and sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and drive organizational growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Pay: ₹40,774.47 - ₹50,057.77 per month
