Role Overview
We are looking for reliable and punctual Delivery Boys to ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers across Calicut. You will represent Mgril and maintain high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders to customers safely and on time within assigned delivery zones
- Verify orders before dispatch to ensure accuracy
- Handle cash/COD and digital payments responsibly and submit collections daily
- Maintain delivery vehicle in good condition and follow traffic rules
- Provide courteous service and address customer queries professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and order management team for smooth operations
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer complaints to the supervisor
Requirements
- Valid two-wheeler driving license
- Knowledge of Calicut city routes and areas
- Basic smartphone handling for delivery apps
- Good communication skills in Malayalam; Hindi/English is a plus
- Minimum 10th pass
- Prior delivery experience preferred but freshers can apply
