Core Responsibilities
- Client Outreach
- Make outbound calls to potential clients seeking visa services.
- Information Sharing
- Explain visa procedures, documentation requirements, and timelines clearly.
- Lead Conversion
- Persuade and guide clients to avail visa counselling and processing services.
- Follow-ups
- Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure smooth application progress.
- Record Keeping
- Update call logs, client details, and application status in databases.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Basic knowledge of visa processes and immigration rules.
- Customer service orientation with patience and empathy.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve queries effectively.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Daily Activities
- Call prospective clients to introduce visa services.
- Respond to inbound queries regarding visa applications.
- Schedule appointments with counsellors or team leaders.
- Track client interest and update CRM systems.
- Report daily call outcomes to supervisors.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
