Role Overview:
We have an exciting role of Senior Data Strategist to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies
Responsibilities:

- Perform advanced statistical analysis to derive key insights and guide product and marketing strategy.
- Ready to translate data into disruptive insights supporting more senior members of the team to create world class RTBs that offer our markets practical solutions – not lofty ambitions with no substance.
- Work closely with the analyst team to ensure that everyone gets what they need for the best work.
- Oversee key product KPIs within a product-led growth framework, integrating user segmentation based on behavior and needs.
- Set up and maintain comprehensive dashboards, ensuring data is accurately sent and integrated.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product roadmap with insights from data analysis and user feedback.
- Use business intelligence tools for essential reporting and maintain quality assurance metrics.
- Lead and mentor junior data strategists to deliver top-quality work.
- Develop and manage data science features, ensuring effective display and integration in partnership with the design team.
- Translate data analyses into clear business recommendations to enable strategic decision-making.
- Implement and promote best practices in data-informed decision making.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a data analysis role, with a strong focus on product and marketing analysis.- Strong grounding in data tools and sources (e.g. GWI, YouGov, Statista, financial and category reports)
- Able to solve problems when data isn’t obvious available — investigate open-source and 3rd-party options creatively, turning them into disruptive insights that are easy to digest and meaningful
- Quick-thinking and commercially aware; thrives in fast-paced environments with the initiative to act without waiting for instruction.
- Understand global nuances and apply them in the work across markets.
- Confident partnering with strategists to sharpen briefs and spot opportunities for bigger ideas.
- Proven ability to lead and upskill a team — sharpening outputs, refining processes, raising the bar.
- Prolific in Excel and ability to pick up tools quickly.
- Skilled in PowerPoint/Keynote with strong writing and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
Degree in marketing, business or related field.- Experience across multiple disciplines, on and offline (e.g. CRM, analytics, loyalty, advertising, media) and an ability to see how they co-depend on one another
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience working with team of analysts/data strategists
- A proven track record of turning data into client-friendly insight through presentations
