Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with Certificate of Practice (COP)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic *Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with (COP)* to join our CA firm. The candidate will be responsible for handling taxation, audit, advisory, financial consulting, and statutory compliance while providing professional guidance to clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle Direct and Indirect Tax matters (Income Tax & GST).
* Conduct Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, and GST Audit.
* Review and finalize Financial Statements.
* Provide Tax Planning and Business Advisory services.
* Handle Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
* Represent clients before Income Tax, GST, and other regulatory authorities.
* Assist clients in business structuring, restructuring, and financial planning.
* Conduct Due Diligence and Compliance Reviews.
* Guide clients on regulatory and corporate compliance matters.
* Review accounting records and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
* Lead and mentor Articles, Accountants, and Junior Professionals.
* Coordinate with clients and provide strategic financial and tax solutions.
* Support business development and client relationship management.

Compensation & Benefits
In-Hand Salary: ₹4–5 LPA (Based on qualifications, skills, experience, and interview performance.)
