Profile: Social Media Manager
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Social Media & Growth Manager who has a genuine interest in gardening and can translate that into engaging content, strong community building, and measurable business growth. This is a hands-on role requiring both creativity and execution.
- Social Media Management (Instagram Focus)
- Manage and grow Instagram account end-to-end
- Plan and execute weekly content calendar (posts, reels, stories)
- Maintain consistent brand voice and positioning
- Content Creation (Gardening-Centric)
- Create engaging content around plant care, DIY, and problem-solving
- Shoot and appear in videos regularly (reels, tutorials, workshops)
- Identify trends and adapt them to the gardening niche
- Community Building
- Engage actively via comments, DMs, and outreach
- Build a strong community of plant lovers
- Collaborate with influencers and creators
- Workshops & Ground Activation
- Plan and conduct gardening workshops and DIY sessions
- Represent the brand in offline events and communities
- Partnerships & Tie-ups
- Drive collaborations with schools, societies, and hobby groups
- Promote DIY kits through partnerships and activations
- Performance Marketing
- Run and optimize Meta (Instagram/Facebook) ads
- Manage Google Ads campaigns
- Track and improve performance metrics
Growth & Strategy
- Analyze content performance, competitors, and trends
- Experiment with new formats and campaigns
- Drive overall social media growth and engagement
Mandatory Requirements:
- Strong personal interest in gardening with hands-on experience
- Comfortable creating content and confidently appearing on camera
- Ability to explain plant care and issues clearly
- 2+ years experience in social media or digital marketing
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
Preferred:
Experience with D2C brands
Basic design/editing skills
Salary: upto 30000
Location: Sodala Jaipur
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
