Hiring: Property Technician
Responsibilities:
– Handle electrical, plumbing, and pool maintenance work
– Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance across the property
– Carry out basic welding and fabrication work as required
– Troubleshoot and repair equipment, fixtures, and utilities
– Coordinate with management to ensure the property is well-maintained and operational
Requirements:
– Experience in electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, welding, and fabrication
– Ability to identify and resolve maintenance issues independently
– Knowledge of safety procedures and maintenance best practices
– Responsible, reliable, and proactive attitude
