Sales Manager (Inside/ Inbound)

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead and manage a large inbound sales team. The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and strategic decision-making abilities. The candidate will manage a team of 40–80 sales professionals through 4–5 Team Leaders and will be responsible for driving sales performance, productivity, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor Team Leaders and inside sales agents.

Drive inbound/inside sales performance and achieve business targets.

Monitor team productivity, conversion rates, and overall sales metrics.

Create sales strategies and action plans to improve team performance.

Analyze reports, dashboards, and sales data to identify gaps and opportunities.

Conduct regular reviews, training, and performance discussions with the team.

Work closely with management on revenue planning and sales forecasting.

Ensure smooth lead management, follow-ups, and customer experience.

Maintain strong reporting and data-driven decision-making processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in fintech/SaaS/software industry.

Strong experience managing large sales teams (40–80 members).

Experience handling Team Leaders and high-volume inside sales operations.

Excellent analytical, reporting, and strategic planning skills.

Strong understanding of sales metrics, dashboards, and performance tracking.

Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

Hands-on experience with CRM and sales reporting tools.
