- Plan, supervise, and coordinate all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities for residential and commercial real estate projects, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications, and coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems, electrical systems, firefighting systems, plumbing, drainage, water supply, STP/WTP, DG sets, lifts, and other MEP services.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, statutory regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements throughout all phases of project execution.
- Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of MEP materials and equipment, ensuring that only approved materials are procured and utilized at the project site.
- Coordinate with procurement and vendors for material planning, technical evaluations, site inspections, and timely availability of MEP materials to avoid project delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections, monitor contractor performance, resolve technical issues, and prepare progress reports to ensure timely completion of MEP works within budget.
- Support project handover activities by ensuring successful testing, commissioning, documentation, snag closure, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders for a smooth project completion.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
