Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager – Redevelopment will be responsible for identifying and acquiring redevelopment opportunities by building strong relationships with housing societies, brokers, and key stakeholders. The role involves managing the complete business development cycle, from initial lead generation and feasibility analysis to negotiations and final deal closure. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the redevelopment process, strong networking skills, and the ability to drive projects in a competitive market environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and map redevelopment-suitable housing societies and clusters across Mumbai and key urban locations.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and industry connections.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Co-operative Housing Societies (CHS), society committees, members, brokers, and consultants.
- Conduct meetings, society presentations, and discussions to build trust and secure redevelopment mandates.
- Pitch the organization’s redevelopment capabilities through customized proposals and presentations.
- Conduct feasibility analysis covering technical, legal, and financial aspects of projects.
- Negotiate commercial terms, timelines, and legal frameworks aligned with project feasibility.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders including architects, PMCs, and legal advisors to strengthen deal conversions.
- Manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle from lead generation to agreement signing and project handover.
- Represent the organization at industry forums, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and redevelopment opportunities across the region.
- Ensure compliance with redevelopment regulations, approvals, and RERA guidelines.
- Provide regular MIS reports, pipeline updates, and contribute to achieving business targets

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- 8–12 years of experience in real estate, redevelopment, or infrastructure business development.
- Proven experience in society negotiations and redevelopment deal closures.
- Strong network with CHS, brokers, and redevelopment consultants.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and result-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
