Customer Service & Support:
- On-site Visits: Conducting on-site visits to clients' locations for consultations, installations, or troubleshooting.
- Issue Resolution: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support related to products or services.
- Product Demonstrations: Providing demonstrations and training on product usage to clients.
Field Operations & Data Collection:
- Site Inspections: Conducting site visits to assess conditions, collect data, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Data Collection & Reporting: Gathering and documenting information related to field activities, and reporting findings to management.
- Coordination: Coordinating with the back-office team, dispatch, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
