The Architect will lead projects from conceptual design through construction completion. This role requires balancing creative vision with technical precision, ensuring all structures are functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically striking.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Rendering: Develop comprehensive concepts, space-planning layouts, and high-definition 3D renders. Select material finishes and color palettes that align with client briefs.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare detailed working drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Ensure strict adherence to building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
- Coordination & Site Oversight: Collaborate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and interior designers. Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve field issues.
- Project Tracking: Manage timelines, maintain clear communication logs, and track project deliverables efficiently.
Key Qualifications
- Education & License: Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- Technical Software: Advanced proficiency in CAD (Revit,or AutoCAD) and 3D rendering tools (SketchUp, Rhino, V-Ray, or Lumion).
- Core Skills: Strong spatial visualization, deep knowledge of construction materials, and excellent client presentation skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
