Job Overview:
Rational Business Corporation is looking for an experienced and target-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) for the Jalandhar ( Punjab) location. The candidate will be responsible for handling sales operations, dealer/distributor management, business development, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand business in the assigned area
- Handle dealer and distributor network management
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market visits and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Prepare sales reports and market feedback
Required Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in channel sales and territory handling
- Good communication and team management abilities
- Ability to travel within the assigned region
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in B2B/Industrial/Corporate sales will be preferred
- Good market knowledge of Jalandhar ( Punjab)
Pay: ₹16,104.62 - ₹58,403.77 per month
