About the Role:
Sheo Media is looking for a confident, camera-comfortable Shoot Director who can not only plan and execute shoots, but also actively participate in photos and videos when required.
This role blends direction + on-camera presence.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Running the shoot smoothly on ground
- Ensuring quality footage is captured
- Appearing in reels, BTS clips, photos, and brand videos when needed
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute gym & fitness brand shoots
- Manage shot lists, references, angles & flow
- Direct models, trainers & gym staff on set
- Maintain discipline, timelines & shoot quality
- Coordinate with videographers, editors & creators
- Ensure proper lighting, framing & continuity
- Deliver clean, organized raw footage
On-Camera Participation (Mandatory)
- Appear in photos, reels, ads & BTS content
- Participate in trend-based or concept reels
- Act naturally in short-form content (no heavy dialogue)
- Represent Sheo Media professionally on camera
- Be comfortable with basic acting, posing & movement
(Scripts, concepts & direction will be provided)
Requirements
- Prior experience in shoot direction / production / content shoots
- Comfortable appearing on camera (photos & videos)
- Good understanding of camera framing & visual aesthetics
- Confident handling people on set
- Well-groomed & presentable personality
- Punctual, disciplined & execution-focused
- Comfortable working at gym & client locations
- Fitness / lifestyle content experience is a plus
