CMM is looking to fill a position of Manager(Commercial). The requirement is stated as below:

Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and client leads, coordinating with company leadership to conduct risk assessments and maintaining beneficial relationships with clients, suppliers and other business partners.

Planning, coordinating, and monitoring Commercial, Logistics Operation and supply chain processes. Liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers, logistics providers, transportation companies and customers.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and identify inefficiencies and cost optimization opportunities.

Manage and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.

Support new business initiatives and projects and contribute to review meetings and change process.

Negotiate new projects and contract terms with new clients
