Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our growing Digital Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and be capable of sourcing, screening, and hiring quality technology professionals for various technical roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT technologies and technical job roles.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for Software Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, DevOps, Data Analysts, and Digital Marketing Technology roles.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Experience in agency recruitment will be an added advantage.
