Candidate should be proficient in Execution and Supervision of Civil & Interior Fit-out works through following works:
1) Site Planning, (2) Complete understanding of Drawings & BOQ (3) Preparation of Work Schedule (4) Material Requirements as per site progress (5) Manage civil works including demolition, masonry wall creation, and structural modifications. (6) Supervise MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) routing before walls and ceilings are closed. (7) Oversee high-skill finishing Works, including partition, drywall taping, painting, veneering, and flooring installation. (8) RA Bill Verification of Client's & Contractors (9) Coordination with Clients, Contractors & Site Staff (10) Corresponse with Clients & Managements (11)Daily Progress Report with site photographs for Client & Management (12) Closely monitor the site progress to handover the project on time. (13) Approval from Client before any variation from original order (14) Snag-Free Handover: Minimizing the number of defects reported by the client during the final inspection.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
