Role Overview
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online presence through strategic content creation, SEO, and social media management. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to craft compelling digital campaigns that reflect our luxury brand identity and connect with discerning travelers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms aligned with the luxury brand voice.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Design visual content — social media creatives, stories, reels thumbnails, and marketing collateral — using tools such as Canva and AI-powered platforms.
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to ideate, draft, and refine marketing copy, captions, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions) and suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to align digital campaigns with seasonal offers, packages, and business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in luxury travel marketing and digital media.
Requirements
- Minimum graduate degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English — clear, persuasive, and brand-appropriate tone.
- Proficient in Canva for creating visually appealing marketing materials.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms for content ideation and drafting.
- Strong understanding of keyword research tools (Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, SEMrush, or similar).
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts — content calendars, scheduling, engagement, and community management.
- Good eye for aesthetics and understanding of luxury brand positioning is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
