Role Description
Drive revenue growth by building scalable, market-relevant offerings across the Data & Integration space.
Champion an AI-first approach across all practice initiatives to enhance innovation, productivity, and delivery outcomes.
Collaborate closely with market teams to accelerate growth through strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Oversee end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and delivery excellence.
Optimize team utilization and staffing, aligning capacity with client demand while maintaining operational efficiency.
Lead people management at scale, managing multiple teams through subordinate People Managers and fostering a high-performance culture.
Drive capability readiness by aligning skills supply with market demand through recruitment planning, competence development, upskilling, and knowledge-sharing in the practice
Own end-to-end people leadership across the employee lifecycle: hiring/onboarding, goal setting, feedback and coaching, performance management, development planning, and offboarding
Key Skills & Qualifications
Data & Integration Expertise
Strong background in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, and Enterprise Integration
Familiarity with modern data ecosystems (cloud data platforms, ETL/ELT, APIs, messaging systems)
Exposure to integration patterns, microservices, and event-driven architectures
AI & Innovation
Practical understanding of AI/GenAI use cases in Data & Integration
Ability to embed AI-first thinking into solutions, delivery, and productivity improvements
Leadership & Business
Strong leadership experience managing large, distributed teams and people managers
Proven ability to drive growth through offerings, sales support, and account expansion
Strong stakeholder management with customers, sales teams, and senior leadership
Ability to balance delivery, people, and business priorities effectively
Delivery & Operations
Deep experience in managing end-to-end program delivery with a focus on quality and CSAT
Strong understanding of resource management, utilization optimization, and workforce planning
Experience managing multiple accounts/portfolios in a global delivery model
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
15+ years of relevant industry experience in Data and Integration
Prior experience in a leadership role within a consulting or delivery organization preferred
