Product Manager – AI-Integrated Products & CRM | Mumbai

About the Role We are an AI-first marketing solutions company working with growth-stage businesses across creative, strategy, and tech. We're hiring a Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our in-house tech products — including AI-integrated platforms, internal tooling, and an active CRM implementation currently in transition.
This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on product decisions from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for internal AI-integrated platforms
- Take immediate ownership of an in-progress CRM setup — from requirements and vendor coordination through UAT and rollout
- Translate business needs into detailed specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with engineering, ops, and business stakeholders across sprint cycles
- Define and track product KPIs; drive iterative improvement post-launch
- Evaluate and integrate AI/ML capabilities into product workflows
Requirements
- 4–5 years of product management experience
- Background in B2B / enterprise tech products or internal tooling
- Proven experience with end-to-end product builds (0→1) and scaling
- Hands-on CRM setup or management experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, LeadSquared, or equivalent)
- Exposure to AI/ML integration in product workflows
- Proficiency with Jira or Linear, Figma (wireframing), basic SQL, and analytics dashboards
- Strong written communication and cross-functional execution skills
Good to Have
- Prior experience in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API or CPaaS/communication platforms
- Experience with data architecture or BI tools (e.g. Snowflake)
- Hands-on use of ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar project management tools
