About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive to support and coordinate day-to-day operations across 3H World’s clinics, centres, hospitals and client locations. The candidate will ensure smooth execution of services, coordination between teams, timely reporting and adherence to company processes.
Key Responsibilities1. Daily Operations Management
- Coordinate day-to-day operations across assigned clinics, centres and client locations.
- Ensure services are delivered smoothly and as per company standards.
- Coordinate with physiotherapists, clinical teams, clients and internal departments.
- Monitor operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure required equipment, supplies and resources are available.
2. Staff Coordination
- Coordinate staff deployment, schedules, shifts and relievers.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality and daily reporting.
- Coordinate leaves and duty adjustments with HR and management.
- Ensure adequate manpower at all operational locations.
- Address routine staff operational concerns and escalate critical issues.
3. Client & Hospital Coordination
- Maintain regular communication with hospitals, corporates and other clients.
- Coordinate service requirements, schedules and operational expectations.
- Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Support new client onboarding and implementation.
- Conduct regular client visits when required.
4. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Track attendance, patient/service numbers, visits and operational KPIs.
- Ensure timely submission of required reports by team members.
- Maintain operational trackers and documentation.
- Identify gaps in reporting and follow up for closure.
5. Process & Quality Management
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and operational processes.
- Monitor service quality and identify process gaps.
- Conduct periodic operational audits/checks.
- Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Suggest improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
6. Inventory & Resource Management
- Monitor clinical and non-clinical inventory.
- Coordinate procurement and replenishment requirements.
- Maintain equipment and asset records.
- Track movement of equipment and other company assets.
- Coordinate maintenance or repair requirements.
7. New Projects & Centre Launches
- Support opening, relocation and closure of centres.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, documentation and operational requirements.
- Assist in implementation of new services and programs.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Clinical, Sales and Management teams.
8. Internal Coordination
- Work closely with HR, Finance, Clinical, Sales and Management teams.
- Coordinate interdepartmental requirements and follow-ups.
- Maintain action trackers and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks.
- Escalate operational risks and critical issues to the Operations Manager.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and tasks.

- Healthcare/service industry experience is an advantage.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Graduation in Healthcare Management, Operations, Business Administration or a related field will be an advantage.
