Experience Required: 1–3 years (Restaurant / Café / QSR preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle cash, card, UPI, and digital payments accurately
Generate bills using POS software and manage daily sales entries
Ensure correct billing for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders
Maintain cash counter, balance cash at end of shift, and prepare reports
Coordinate with service staff and kitchen for order accuracy
Handle customer queries politely and resolve billing issues
Follow company policies, hygiene, and food safety standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience as a cashier in a restaurant or food outlet
Basic computer and POS system knowledge
Good numerical and cash-handling skills
Polite communication and customer service attitude
Ability to work in shifts and under pressure
