Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Operations to oversee daily operations, manage internal teams and freelancers, and ensure timely delivery of client projects with high quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and planning skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth workflow execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within deadlines.
- Supervise and manage freelancers/vendor resources for project execution and delivery.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, handling communication, updates, and delivery coordination.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of work while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor team productivity, allocate resources effectively, and optimize operational processes.
- Handle escalations, resolve operational issues, and maintain client satisfaction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and workflow management.
- Prepare operational reports, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to management.
- Maintain proper documentation, process compliance, and SOP adherence.
- Ensure smooth functioning across different/rotational shifts as per business requirements.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best operational practices.
- Manage workload prioritization and ensure effective task delegation.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment.

- Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in operations management, project coordination, or team handling roles.
- Prior experience managing freelancers or remote teams is preferred.
- Experience in client servicing/customer operations will be an added advantage.
