Job Description:
We are looking for a result-oriented Google Ads & Lead Generation Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage paid advertising campaigns and generate quality leads. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Google Ads, PPC campaigns, keyword research, lead generation strategies, and campaign optimization to improve ROI and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (PPC) campaigns including Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum lead generation and ROI.
- Generate and qualify leads through paid marketing strategies.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, and reporting tools.
- Prepare performance reports and analyze key metrics such as CPC, CTR, Conversion Rate, and CPA.
- Optimize landing pages and ad copies to improve lead conversion.
- Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for lead follow-up and campaign planning.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads and digital marketing trends.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Google Ads / PPC / Lead Generation.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Keyword Planning.
- Understanding of conversion tracking and campaign optimization.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet lead generation targets
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
