The Field Sales and Marketing Executive will spearhead lead generation and sales efforts for our software solutions. This role demands daily fieldwork to engage potential manufacturing, corporate & healthcare clients in person while leveraging digital channels during office time. Candidates must demonstrate a robust network of manufacturing contacts during the interview.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily in-person visits to potential customers in Delhi NCR to promote software solutions, conduct demos, and qualify leads.
- When not in the field, utilize online platforms (LinkedIn, email campaigns), calls, and networking events to generate leads and close new projects.
- Build and nurture a pipeline of manufacturing clients, achieving monthly targets for qualified leads and conversions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress.
- Collaborate with the development team to align client needs with tailored software proposals.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of field sales experience in B2B software or IT services, preferably in manufacturing, retail or healthcare sector.
- Proven network of manufacturing clients in Delhi NCRmust showcase 20+ verifiable contacts during interview.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; comfortable with daily travel across Delhi NCR including Gurgaon, Faridabad, Bhiwadi etc.
- Proficiency in digital lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software like HubSpot or Zoho).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling custom software/ERP solutions to factories or production units.
- Own vehicle for fieldwork; valid driving license.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
