Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow ITOM (CMDB) Specialist with strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping. The ideal candidate will lead CMDB implementation, ensure data integrity, and optimize ITOM processes across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow CMDB.
- Design, configure, and maintain CMDB, Discovery, and Reconciliation processes.
- Ensure CMDB data accuracy, governance, and data quality.
- Integrate ServiceNow ITOM with enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with IT Operations, Security, and Asset Management teams.
- Analyze business requirements and implement scalable ITOM solutions.
- Troubleshoot CMDB issues and drive continuous improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to team members.
Required Skills
- 7–10 years of ServiceNow experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow ITOM & CMDB.
- Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB Data Modeling, and Reconciliation.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise IT infrastructure.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
