This role is part of Ecolab's Global Analytics & Digital Solutions (ADS) organization supporting Global Supply Chain Planning. The Planning Business Process Analyst Manager leads a team responsible for delivering analytics, reporting, and digital solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across global planning functions. The role partners closely with Planning, Supply Chain, IT, and business process owners to transform business requirements into scalable analytical solutions that improve visibility, performance measurement, compliance monitoring, and operational effectiveness.
Planning Analytics & Insights
Lead development and enhancement of planning analytics, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions.
Data Strategy & Analytics Enablement
Digital Transformation & Innovation
Lead initiatives utilizing Power BI, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, SAP, and other enterprise analytics platforms.
Project & Stakeholder Leadership
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, business process analysis, business intelligence, planning systems, or related disciplines.
Experience with Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, Fivetran, or cloud-based analytics technologies a plus.
