Job Role:
1. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, on behalf of the executive.
2. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
3. Travel Arrangements
4. Organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
5. Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
6. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned, ensuring timely completion.
7. Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring efficient time management.
