We are a growing furniture and interior design company specializing in residential, commercial, and office interiors. Our focus is on delivering innovative designs, high-quality furniture, and end-to-end interior solutions that meet our clients' needs. We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and drive business growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Identify and engage potential clients for residential, commercial, and office interior projects.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture and interior design solutions.
- Schedule and attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations in coordination with the design team.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful projects.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, architects, builders, and corporate partners.
- Coordinate with the design and project execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while achieving monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Required Skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
- Ability to generate and convert leads independently.
- Basic knowledge of furniture, modular interiors, or interior design is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Experience in the furniture, interior design, modular kitchen, home décor, construction, or real estate industry will be an added advantage.
