Key skills
Min. of 1 year of experience as a CNC machine operator,
preferably with Siemens.
Ability to Read & Interpret 2D Drawing with tolerance
knowledge.
To follow the correct procedure & quality standards to achieve
the required product quality.
Maintaining 5’s’ Machines and Areas & Continual improvement
through kaizen activities.
Filling daily production reports & Shift handover reports.
Functional Area
Operation of Laser Welding CNC Machines: Set up,
operate, and monitor laser welding CNC machines, adjusting
parameters to meet job specifications.
Reading and Interpreting Drawings: Interpret 2D/3D
technical drawings to ensure accurate welding paths and
dimensional tolerances.
Quality Control and Inspection: Perform in-process
inspections to verify the welded quality, ensuring adherence
to specified standards.
Maintenance and Cleaning of Laser Welding Equipment:
Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of optical
components to ensure optimal laser performance.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain logs of production
data, machine settings, and shift handover reports for quality
tracking.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and
standards for laser operations, ensuring a safe working
environment.
Continuous Improvement and Kaizen: Participate in
Kaizen activities to identify process improvements and
optimize production efficiency.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
