We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team and contribute to expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and online inquiries.
- Meet with prospective customers and present company products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales support.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and customer relationship management abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM/Tally experience is an advantage).
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
- Experience in commercial kitchen equipment, stainless steel products, manufacturing, or industrial sales will be preferred.
