About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Civil Engineer / Site Engineer to join our Projects team and support the execution of STP, wastewater treatment, greywater treatment and related civil infrastructure projects.
The role is primarily site-based and involves civil execution, site supervision, measurements, quantity verification, contractor coordination and project progress monitoring.
Candidates with experience in STP, wastewater, water treatment, RCC structures, tanks, pipelines or infrastructure projects are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil works at project sites.
- Monitor excavation, foundation, RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works.
- Supervise construction of STP tanks, chambers, collection tanks, foundations and related structures.
- Read and understand civil drawings and ensure execution as per approved drawings.
- Take and verify site measurements and quantities.
- Check contractor work and support preparation of measurement sheets and BOQs.
- Monitor material usage and identify quantity variations.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, vendors and internal project teams.
- Coordinate civil works with mechanical, electrical and instrumentation teams.
- Monitor project progress and follow up on pending activities.
- Identify site issues, quality problems and rework requirements and coordinate rectification.
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.
- Support STP commissioning, trial runs and site rectification activities.
- Assist with estimation, BOQ preparation and tender-related technical work when required.
- Support maintenance and civil rectification works at completed project sites.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 3–8 years of relevant site experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of civil site execution.
- Ability to read civil drawings.
- Knowledge of measurements, quantities and basic BOQ preparation.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel and work at different project locations in Kerala.

- Wastewater / Greywater Treatment
- Water Treatment Projects
- RCC tanks and structures
- Pipeline and utility works
- Infrastructure / government projects
- Contractor supervision
- BOQ and estimation
- AutoCAD
- STP commissioning or maintenance
STP experience is preferred but candidates with strong civil site execution experience in related infrastructure projects may also apply.
