- Attend customer calls and inquiries professionally.
- Maintain customer database and update records regularly.
- Conduct follow-up calls for vehicle service reminders, feedback, and pending cases.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
- Collect and record customer feedback after sales and service visits.
- Assist customers with service appointments and status updates.
- Promote customer retention through regular engagement and relationship building.
- Maintain daily call reports and customer interaction records.
- Support customer satisfaction surveys and dealership campaigns.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Spare Parts departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
